CIA "ALL AMERICAN APPLE PIE" RECIPE CONTEST
The Culinary Institute of America is asking prospective CIA students to come up with a winning apple pie recipe, an essay about apples and a photo of the pie.

PRIZES: The winner will receive $25,000 toward their education in the CIA bachelor's degree program or $12,500 for the associate degree proram in the culinary arts or baking and pastry arts. JOHNSON & WALES FIFTH ANNUAL BACARDI RECIPE CLASSIC
Contest is open to all 50,000 Johnson & Wales alumni. Entrants are required to submit recipes that feature one of the following Bacardi products: Bacardi 8; Bacardi Light; Bacardi Gold; Bacardi Limon; or Bacardi O.
